How to Book a Restaurant in Busan as a Foreigner

Many Korean restaurants take reservations through Korean apps or Korean phone numbers, which can be hard for visitors. Here's how to book a restaurant in Busan as a foreigner.

1. Use CatchTable

CatchTable is a restaurant reservation app widely used in Korea. HANWOO GOJIP accepts bookings through CatchTable.

2. Call in English

Many restaurants can't take calls in English, but some can. At HANWOO GOJIP, English is fine on the phone: +82 51-891-9777.

3. Send a message

Naver TalkTalk is Naver's messaging service for businesses. You can message HANWOO GOJIP on Naver TalkTalk, even outside opening hours, to ask about seats or the menu.

4. Ask your hotel

If a restaurant only takes Korean calls, your hotel front desk can often call for you.

5. Or just walk in

Not every restaurant needs a booking. At HANWOO GOJIP, walk-ins are welcome. Weekend evenings and large groups fill up early, so book ahead for those.
