HANWOO GOJIP displays only grade 1++ Hanwoo. Grade 1++ covers marbling scores No.7 to No.9. Our rice, kimchi and chili powder are Korean-grown.
What grade 1++ means
- The highest of the Hanwoo quality grades.
- Marbling scores No.7, No.8 and No.9 fall within grade 1++.
- We display only Hanwoo from this 1++ range.

- What is grade 1++?
- The highest Hanwoo quality grade. In terms of marbling, scores No.7 through No.9 fall within 1++.
- Do you only serve No.9?
- We do not fix it to a single score. We display the Hanwoo that comes in each day from within the 1++ range (No.7–No.9).
- Where do your ingredients come from?
- The beef is Korean Hanwoo, and our rice, kimchi and chili powder are Korean-grown as well.
